Deborah Ancona is the Seley Distinguished Professor of Management at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and Founder of MIT’s Leadership Center. She is a leading scholar in managing teams for innovation, and is the author of X-Teams: How to Build Teams That Lead, Innovate, and Succeed and Managing for the Future: Organizational Behavior and Processes.
