Professor Eisenhardt’s research focus is strategy and organization, especially in technology-based companies and high-velocity industries. Her recent book “Simple Rules: How to Survive in a Complex World” explores how simplicity tames complexity in business, life, and nature.

Kathleen shared her expertise with our Lab community in October 2023. Through a series of exercises, she walked us through her approach across three horizons: real time, short term, and long term.
