As a researcher I will contribute to the lab by sharing my research insights to help with data collection and analysis, supporting the preparation of lab documents and content, supporting knowledge development and diffusion, guiding PhDs and Postdocs, and securing a high standards of research.

I am a strong advocate for more systems thinking in research and practice. Only through systems thinking, mindsets can be advanced to solve complex large-scale problems and to transition to innovations that enhance the capacity of ecosystems to generate services and help societies steer away from multiple earth-system thresholds. Through the lab, I hope to develop management and research insights that can facilitate this transition.
