Ju Young is a former post-doctoral fellow at Innovation North and is now an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfred Laurier University.

Systems innovation is important to me because I strongly believe it is how we could address many of the wicked problems of our time (e.g., climate crisis, poverty, inequalities, COVID-19) and bring about transformational changes that make our world a place where all people and nonhuman beings can all flourish.
