In 2023, Ivey Executive Education collaborated with Innovation North to develop an interactive learning experience to equip leaders to solve systems problems using Innovation North’s Compass. Through the Project, participants engage with an expert Ivey Coach to develop a clear plan to tackle a real-world challenge or opportunity facing their organization along with the skills, tools, and methodology to go do so.
