As a Postdoctoral Associate, I investigate how organizations can advance sustainability and well-being, nudge by nudge. Systems innovation appeals to me as a bold yet concrete approach to addressing complex real-world challenges. At Innovation North, I aim to push boundaries in both theory and practice. My goal is to make a difference – for our partner organizations, the academic community, and the planet. I bring a blend of academic rigor and industry experience. Before joining Innovation North, I worked on sustainability topics at Stanford University, Aalto University, and McKinsey & Company.
