After years of diverse experience as a researcher, educator, practitioner, and engineer, I’ve come to believe in the power of an integrative approach to tackle complex, real-world problems. This conviction led me to join Ivey as a PhD student, where I’m eager to learn from visionary thinkers, and to become part of Innovation North—an exciting community dedicated to applying a systems lens to the multifaceted challenges faced by modern businesses.

Before embarking on this journey with Ivey and Innovation North, I spent two decades in Taiwan as an educator and researcher, focusing on competitive strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. My background spans both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, enriching my perspective on business dynamics.
