Organizations are facing more disruptions than ever before. Most of these disruptions are systems problems, meaning they are highly complex, involving many stakeholders, and do not have a single solution. Leaders tasked with tackling these problems are often not equipped with the systems mindset needed for their organization to thrive in the long-run.
The Ivey Academy, Canada’s top provider of executive education programming, collaborated with Innovation North to develop an interactive learning experience to equip leaders to solve systems problems using the Compass. This experience constitutes the Advanced Impact Project, a capstone to receive an Advanced Impact Certificate.
Through the Project, participants engage with support from an expert Ivey Coach. Participants complete the Project with a clear plan to tackle a real-world challenge or opportunity facing their organization and the skills, tools, and methodology to go do so.
